Welcome to SocialAI! By accessing or using our app (socialai.greatish.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. SocialAI is created and operated by Goodish (goodish.agency).
Using SocialAI: We built this tool to help you. In return, we ask that you use it responsibly. Do not use SocialAI to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our platform.
AI Disclaimer & Risks: SocialAI relies on artificial intelligence. AI is an incredible technology, but it is not perfect. It can occasionally produce output that is inaccurate, biased, or unexpected.
You use the AI-generated content at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any output.
Privacy warning: As stated in our Privacy Policy, your inputs are processed by AI models. Do not treat the AI as a secure vault for highly confidential information.
Intellectual Property: You own the rights to the content you input into SocialAI, and you own the rights to the content generated for you, subject to the limitations of the underlying AI models. Goodish retains all rights to the SocialAI platform, code, and design.
Limitation of Liability: We are providing this service "as is." While we strive for excellence, Goodish will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues that arise from your use of SocialAI or the content it generates. You are ultimately responsible for how you use the output.
Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms as our app grows or as AI regulations change. We will do our best to notify you, but continued use of the app means you accept the new terms.
